Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
- 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Beat whites with 1/2 sugar and vanilla until stiff. Add other sugar, crackers and pecans. Spread in greased pie pan. Put in oven; bake at 325 until brown. Let cool; top with cool whip.
