Cinnamon Spice Rub

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
  • Directions
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Blend together chili powder and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle pork with spice mixture, salt and pepper. Place on roasting pan. Roast until thermometer inserted into center of pork registers 150°F, about 20 minutes.
