- 6 tbps butter
- 6 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Step 1
Bring all ingredients to rolling boil for 30 seconds only Except the chocolate chips. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Let frosting sit a few minutes stirring frequently.
