Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breast cut in half and boned
  • 1/4 teaspoon krazy mixed-up salt
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 8 slices of hame
  • 8 slices of swiss cheese
  • string
  • 1/8 lb butter
  • 1/3 cup sauterne wine

Preparation

Step 1

Pound chicken with meat mallet to break down membranes. Sprinkle krazy salt on breasts. Dip breasts in egg and then into bacon bits. Place one slice of ham and cheese on breast; roll up and tie with string. Brown chicken rolls in skillet in butter. Remove and put into baking dish. Pour butter from skillet over breasts and add wine and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
