Combine water, yeast and honey. Stir and let stand until foaming. Stir 3 cups flour and salt into yeast mix and combine. Gradulally add rest of flour to make soft dough. Turn dough onto floured surface (i usually put wax paper down and the flour on top of it..helps with clean up.) Knead dough until it stops sticking, about 2 mins. Placed in greased bowl and let rise 30 min or until doubled. Punch down and divide in half. Place each half into well greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise 30 mins. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min and cool on a rack.
