Ingredients

  • 3

    cups sweet potatoes, cooked and cooled

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 1/2

    ½ cup milk

  • 1/3

    cup butter

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1

    tsp. vanilla

  • Topping:

  • 1

    cup chopped pecans

  • 1

    cup brown sugar

  • 1/3

    cup flour

  • Mix these together first. Then mix in:

  • 1/3

    cup melted butter

  • 1

    cup mini marshmallows

Directions

Mixture: Mix together. Just make sure the potatoes are cool enough that they won’t scramble your eggs! Topping: Pour potato mixture into casserole dish. Top with, well, the topping of course. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.
