Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Corn Starch
- Dash of Dry Mustard
- 2 Cups Beef Stock
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine
- 1/2 Cup Current Jelly
- 3/4 Cup Raisins
- little bit lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Worcester
- 1 Can Sour Cherries
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium sauce pan combine the sugar, cornstarch, mustard, and some salt.
Gradually add the beef stock. Stir until smooth.
Add jelly and fruit and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat stir in the Worcester and lemon juice.
Serve hot over meat.
