Cheddar Apple Breakfast Lasagna

Ingredients

  • For Lasagna:
  • 12 slices French toast
  • 1 8-oz. pkg sliced ham
  • 2 cups cheddar cheesse
  • 1 20-oz. can apple pie filling
  • 1 cup granola or raisins
  • For Topping:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Blend sour cream and brown sugar together and refrigerate. Layer 6 pieces of French toast in buttered 9x13 pan. Layer ham and 1/2 of cheese over toast. Place remaining French toast slices on top. Spread apple pie filling over toast and sprinkle with remaining cheese and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes until thoroughly heated. Serve with dollop of sour cream or warm maple sryup.
