Ingredients

  • 1

    lb boiled shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped

  • 1

    Rib Celery, finely chopped

  • 1

    Hard Boiled Egg, finely chopped

  • 1

    Sweet Pickle, finely chopped

  • ½

    Tsp mince capers

  • 2

    Tblsp of Mayonnaise

  • Creole Seasoning

Directions

Place shrimp in a bowl. Add celery, egg, pickle, capers and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and add seasoning to taste. Serve on lettuce leaves or stuff into avocado or tomato halves. 4 to 6 servings
