Mocha Frosting

This frosting can be put on the Mix in the pan Mocha Cake or on any other cake.

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp butter or margarine - softened
• 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar (powdered)
• 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp coffee powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 Tbsp milk or a little more

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together:
butter, sugar, cocoa and coffee powder

Add and beat well:
vanilla and milk
