Chicken and Spinach Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomato halves
  • 2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
  • 1 cooked, cubed, boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup graated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 10-oz. pkg fresh leaf spinach



Step 1

Cook pasta and drain. Drain tomatoes in colander over bowl, reserving 1 Tblsp oil. Combine tomatoes, oil, pasta, and remaining ingredients in bowl; toss well.
