Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenderloins
- 1/3 C. dijon
- 2 c. breadcrumbs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1) thread chicken onto skewers and brush with dijon
2) combine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in shallow dish.
3) dredge chicken in mix til evenly coated
4) bake 8-10 minutes
5) serve with mustard to dip
