GLAZED ORANGE POPPPY SEED CAKE

Crock pot diet

Ingredients

• BATTER:
• 1 1/2 cups bisquick
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 T poppy seeds
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 egg
• 2 T 2% milk
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 t orange zest
• Wax Paper
• GLAZE:
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 2 Cups powdered sugar
• 2 t poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Remove the Crock Pot Ceramic Insert.
Draw around it onto Wax Paper.
Cut inside the drawing to make a paper to fit inside the Ceramic Pot.
Spray inside of pot and wax paper
Mix Dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Mix them together.
Spoon into prepared Crock Pot.
Smooth off the top.
Put paper towel under the lid.
Then cover.
Cook HIGH 90 min.
Invert the cake onto cooling rack.
Peel off wax paper.

Cool.
Mix and pour glaze over each cake wedge.
Sprinkle with Poppy Seeds.
