Directions

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir fry vegetables until tender. Mix chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth. Add spices and pour into vegetable mixture. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is pink and done. Serve over cooked rice. Yield: "4 "
