Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 carton mashed potatos
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 2 T. chives or finely chopped green onion
• 3 T. bacon bits
• 1 C. shredded cheese, Mexican blend
• 2 T. green chilis (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 degree preheated oven for 30-45 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
