- 1 CAN CHICKEN BROTH
- 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 1/2 C MINUTE RICE
- 1 PKG TACO SEASONING MIX
- 1 CAN CORN "DRAINED"
- TORILLA CHIPS
- SOUR CREAM

COOK CHICKEN IN HOT OIL UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. ADD BROTH, TOMATO SAUCE, AND SEASONING MIX. REDUCE HEAT COVER AND SIMMER 5 MINUTES. ADD CORN. BRING TO FULL BOIL. STIR IN RICE. COVER REMOVE FROM HEAT. LET STAND 5 MINUTES. FLUFF WITH FORK. SERVE WITH CHEESE, TORTILLA CHIPS AND SOUR CREAM
