- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups divided confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup

Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, cocoa, and 1 cup confectioners sugar. In a measuring cup blend bourbon & corn syrup. Stir into dry ingredients. When thoroughly blended, cover & refrigerate for an hour or more. Sift about half a cup confectioners sugar onto wax paper. Shape recipe into small balls. Then roll in the confectioners sugar to coat each ball. Store Covered. Makes 3 dozen.
