Ingredients
- 7 Tbs. butter, at room temperature, divided
- 2 Tbs. each parsley and chives
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. each garlic salt and onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 T-bone Steaks
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, combine garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper and softened butter. Rub mixture over the steaks.
Grill steaks for 5-8 minutes on each side in skillet.
