  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar (divided)
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine-melted
  • 5 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
  • ****you can use oreo cookies crumbled instead of graham crackers if you want



Step 1

Heat oven to 325. Line a 9x13 pan with foil. Mix crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter; press onto bottom of pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed until blended. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheesecake out of pan. Top with pie filling and serve.
