White Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup coating chocolate, melted
  • 2 ½ tbs. flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the chocolate, add the flour, add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring until very thick. Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add completely cooled melted chocolate. Beat on high speed until the consistency of whipped cream.
