Ingredients

  • Yields 2-3 servings
  • 12 frozen meatballs (or approx 1 lb)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup ( you can mix and match the soups, like cream of celery, cream of chicken, golden mushroom soup, etc)
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
Cook on low for at least 5 hours.


Serve over rice with peas
