Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 T. water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a depression in the center of flour mixture. Beat the eggs and water together. Pour into the center of the flour mixture. Work flour into liquid with a fork and then by hand to make a stiff dough.
Roll out as thin as possible on a floured board. Cut with a noodle cutter. Part and let dry.
