Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Large Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mayonaise
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 8oz Package Cream Cheese, Room Temp
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Scallion, Sliced, Green Parts Only
- Kettle Style Potato Chips or Veggies For Dipping

Step 1
Saute onions in oil on medium heat for 5 minutes, until they begin to brown. Stir in 1/4 cups of water and scrape the brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Turn heat to low and cook 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a Tbsp of water if the pan looks too dry at any point. Let cool. In a medium bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth. Stir in scallions. Chill until serving time. Serve with potato chips or veggies.
