Ingredients

• 1 8oz cream cheese
• 3/4 cup ( 1 & 1/2 sticks) butter softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 and 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• Makes about three dozen

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese,butter, sugar and vanilla in mixer bowl on medium speed until well blended. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. You can use a cookie press or refrigerate for thirty minutes, then roll out and cut or drop by spoonful and flatten.
