- roast
- salt and pwpper
- paprika
- accent
- ketchup
- 1 large onion

Preparation
Step 1
Brown both side of a pot roast. Then add salt and pepper and the sliced onion.
Sprinkle meat with paprika and accent.
cover top of meat with 1/4 inch of ketchup
Roast covered for 2 1/2 hours at 350
Remove roast from juice.
Slice thinllu and put in caserole
Cool juice and remove fat.
Pour over meat and bake 30 minutes @ 350
