Quick Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 8 Bacon Strips
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1 1/2 - 2 C Leftover mashed Potatoes
- 1 Can of Cream Chicken Soup
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 - 2 Soup Cans of Milk
- Dash of Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Fry Bacon until crisp and break into pieces. Add Onions to pan and sauté Bacon and Onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside. Mix Potatoes and Soup until smooth. Add Milk gradually. Add Bacon and Onions. Season with Salt, Pepper, and parsley to taste. Heat through.
