Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken breast
- 3 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans milk (use the cans from the soup)
- 2 or 3 small cans green chilies
- 2 1/2 pints sour cream
- 20 flour tortillas
- 8 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken, drain and cut into bite size pieces and mix with taco seasoning, set aside.
In sauce pan mix cream of chicken soup, 2 cans milk and green chilies, cook until hot, turn off the heat, add sour cream, stir until smooth.
Put 2 to 3 cups of the chicken mixture into the tortillas shells and roll tight, place in large oblong baking dish, pour remaining mixture over the top, add the Jack cheese and Cheddar on top and bake at 400 degree for 25 minutes. Serve
