- 1 - 30 oz can pumpkin pie mix
- 1 - 21 oz can apple pie filling
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 c packed dark brown sugar
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 cup reduced fat Bisquick baking mix
Preheat oven to 450.
Spray cookie sheet and 2 qt microwavable casserole dish with non-fat cooking spray.
Mix pumpkin pie mix and apple pie filling together in prepared casserole dish. Microwave in carousel microwave for 4 - 5 minutes or until completely heated through.
In the meantime, mix with a pastry cutter or fork the ground cinnamon, oats, brown sugar, egg white, and Bisquick until crumbly. Sprinkle onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 450 for 3 minutes. Stir. Return to oven for an additional 1 - 2 minutes or until lightly golden brown and crunchy.
Once pumpkin apple mixture is completely heated, stir in half of the baked crumbs until well mixed.
Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top.
