Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans (15oz), drained (reserve about 1/4 c liquid)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 t peanut butter
- 1 jar roasted red peppers (4 oz)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired consistency.
2. Add reserved liquid if needed for consistency.
