ROASTED RED PEPPER HUMMUS

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans (15oz), drained (reserve about 1/4 c liquid)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
  • 1 t peanut butter
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers (4 oz)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired consistency.

2. Add reserved liquid if needed for consistency.
