Herb and Garlic Lamb Loin Chops

  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice (or a little less)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lamb loin chops



Step 1

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Drain and discard marinade. Grill lamb, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium, a meat thermometer should read 160 degrees F; well-done, 170 degrees F).
