Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tbs. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Heat milk and cream over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil. In another bowl, whisk ½ cup sugar and eggs for 3 minutes. Add 1/3 cup flour and whisk until smooth. Pour boiling milk into flour mix and stir. Return to heat and stir until thickened. Remove custard and add vanilla.
