Knotts Berry Farm Pea Salad Copycat

Ingredients

• Salad
• 1 lb frozen peas, rinsed in hot water
• 2/3 cup sweet pickles, chips, chopped
• 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
• 2/3 cup diced celery
• 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
• 1/3 cup cubed American cheese
• Dressing
• 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
• 1/8 cup sugar
• 1/8 cup chopped sweet pickle, chips
• 1/3 tablespoon diced red bell pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients.

In a separate bowl mix dressing ingredients.

Add to the dressing to the salad mixture and gently toss.
