Ingredients
- 3 cups grated raw potatoes
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 2 small onions cut fine
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup buttered breadcrumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients thoroughly except for buttered crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake in 325 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
