Ingredients
- 4 steaks {thin cut, minute steaks}
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Into a pie pan or other deep side pan add: oil, Worcester sauce, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, brandy. Season with salt. Whisk to combine. Place steaks into marinade, turning a few times to coat well. Allow to marinate for approximately 1 hour.
2. Place a grill pan over medium – high heat. Remove steaks from marinade, and place them into hot grill pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of your steaks. Allow steaks to rest for a few minutes prior to slicing.
