SCALLOPED BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 16 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli and onion thoroughly. Combine the rest of the ingredients and a dash of pepper. Fold into broccoli. Turn into 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Double the recipe for a 9 x 13" pan.
