Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 4 tsp flour
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 6 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
- 3 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 3 (10 oz) pkgs frozen corn, thawed
- 3 oz diced ham

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and garlic powder. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat til melted. Stir in both cheeses til melted. Stir in corn and ham, then transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
