Ingredients

• cooking spray
• 1 C sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp BS
• 1 Tbs vanilla
• 1 C oil
• 1 C brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 C special k
• 1 C quick cook oats
• 1 C melted buter
• 1 1/2 C choco chipc
• 1/2 C butterscotch chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Spray cookie sheets with spray; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Using a Tbs place rounded scoops of cookie dough 2in apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 min. Cool cookies for 5 min before transferring to a rack. Store in an airtight container.
