Ingredients

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar substitute
  • 6 tsp white sugar substitute
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • egg substitute to equal 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp each of ginger, cloves and allspice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 6 tbsp flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend well for 3 - 5 minutes.
Pour into a 9 or 10 inch deep dish pie plate.
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
