Crunchy Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can (3 oz) French Fried onions, (crushed
  • 3/8 c grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/8 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine the onion, cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings.

2. Dip chicken in egg and milk mixture, coat with cheese mixture.

3. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes flip and bake for 30 minutes more or until golden brown

(Gran: I usually cook mine longer because I like the chicken thoroughly cooked)
