4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
pinch salt
1/2 cup flour

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425.

Place 1/4 cup margarine in oven proof skillet, place in oven until melted.

Blend all ingredients about 30 sec. then add to hot pan.

Cook 20-22 min.

Serve sprinkled with icing sugar, lemon juice and berries.
