pkg (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
cups cold milk
¼ cups water
pkg (4-serving size) Lemon Instant Pudding
cup white sugar
T icing sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish and set aside. Pour milk and water into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes and white sugar. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour over batter. Place baking dish on baking sheet to catch any sauce that bubbles over during baking. Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Spoon into serving dishes to serve warm. For more lemon flavour: Add 1 T grated lemon peel and 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pudding mixes.
