Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 coup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
- 8 cups rhubarb (cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces)

Mix oatmeal, flour, butter, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon together and pat 2/3 of the mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan to form a crust. Boil the water, sugar, and cornstarch together until clear. Place rhubarb in pan over crust. Pour boiled mixture over rhubarb. Put reserved crumbles over the tip of the rhubarb. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
