Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon, fried and diced (you may use ham or sausage)
  • 5 slices bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Layer bread, cheese and bacon. Mix rest of ingredients. Pour over layers. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
