Ingredients
- 1 tbs. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lbs. baby carrots
- 2 tbs. liquid honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 ½ tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, carrots, and honey. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add water. Gently boil, covered 4 minutes. Uncover and boil until tender.
