Ingredients
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (10-oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2/3 c. grated sharp provolone or shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir in spinach. Spread mixture over pizza crust. Top with artichokes and cheese. Bake.
