Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed Nilla wafers
- 3 tbs. butter, melted
- 3 tbs. sugar
- 4 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbs. flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg lemon instant pudding (4 serving size)
- 2 cups thawed cool whip
- 1 cup each blueberries, sliced strawberries, peeled and slcied kiwi
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix crumbs, 3 tsb. sugar, and butter together and press firmly onto the bottom of a foil lined 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and the flour in a large bowl until well blended. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Stir in dry pudding and pour over crust.
Bake 1 hour or until centre is almost set.
Cool in pan on wire rack and chill 4 hours. Lift cheesecake and spread with whipped topping and fruit.
