- 2 LBS FISH (FLOUNDER, HADDOK,OR POLLACK)
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP ONION POWDER
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 1 CAN CHEDDAR CHEES SOUP
- 1 (10oz) PACKAGE FROZEN SPINACH
- 2 CUP BISQUICK MIX
- 1/3 CP PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1 CUP MILK
- 2 EGGS

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT TO 350. ARRANGE FISH IN 13x9 SPRINKLE WITH SEASONINGS SPOON SOUP OVER FISH TOP WITH SPINACH BAKE 15 MINUTES.
BLEND REST OF INGREDIENTS TILL MOOTH POUR OVER FISH AND BAKE UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN 25 MINUTES.
