Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked small pasta (rotini, macaroni, etc.)
- 3 Tbs. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 c. chopped tomato (or cherry tomatoes)
- 1 c. sliced zucchini
- 1 small can tuna or chicken, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water.
In small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, dill weed, salt, mustard, pepper and garlic. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomato zucchini and tuna or chicken. Pour dressing over salad mixture; toss well to combine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
