  • 2 lbs. lean hamburger
  • 2 tablespoons Morton Tenderquick Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke

Step 1

Mix well and make into a roll. Wrap in saran wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove saran wrap. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes.
