Cheesy Grape Pop

- lollipop sticks
- 24 large red grapes
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped toasted pistachios
Skewer grapes on lollipop sticks.
Melt cheese over med heat, stirring, until creamy, about 2 minutes.
Dip grapes into melted cheese, then roll in pistachios and place on a waxed paper lined plate. Refrigerate until cheese hardens, 10-15 minutes.
